As many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
65/45 lb Snatch, 30 reps
15 Burpees
75/55 lb Snatch, 30 reps
15 Burpees
95/65 lb Snatch, 30 reps
15 Burpees
135/95 lb Snatch, 30 reps

Beginner:
As many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
45/30 lb Muscle Snatch, 30 reps
15 Burpees

101:
Mobilize for and Practice the Overhead squat

Then,

Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes do:
5 Knee Push-ups
5 Sit-ups
15 Mountain Climbers
