Then
2 Rounds of:
5 Pull Ups
10 Hand Release Push Ups
15 Air Squats

L2: Sub Pull-ups with Jumping Pull-ups, sub Hand Release Push-ups with Push-ups.
L1: Sub Pull-ups with Ring rows, sub Hand Release Push-ups with Knee Hand Release Push-ups.

Practice the Press, Push-press & Push-jerk with PVC

Then,

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
10 Squats
5 Hollow rocks
3 Push-ups
