It’s the retest of the Lurong Resolution Challenge Benchmark workout! If you are participating in the challenge come in early to get your measurements taken. Afterward we’ll do the benchmark WOD. If you can’t come in today, you can come in any other day this week to make it up. Good luck and let’s see some great results today!

Complete as Many Reps as Possible in 10 Minutes:
15 Snatches
20 Deadlifts
25 Box Jump Overs
20 Hand Release Push Ups
15 Thrusters

L3: 115/75 lbs, 30/24″
L2: 95/65 lbs, 24/20″
L1: 45/35 lbs, 16/12″

20 Deadlifts
25 Box Jump Overs
20 Knee Hand Release Push Ups
15 Thrusters

With a 45/35 lb bar.
