Get ready for the Open!

Three rounds for reps of:
100 meter Row
20 Ground to Shoulder, 75/65 lbs Atlas Stone
20 Sit-ups
20 Box jump overs, 24/20″
1.5/1 pood Sumo-deadlit high-pulls for the remaining amount of time.

The First Round is two minutes long, the Second Round is three minutes long and the Third is four. There is a one minute rest in between rounds.
