With a continuously running clock perform one Pull-up during the first minute, two Pull-ups the second minute and three the third, continuing in this manner until you cannot complete all the Pull-ups required.

Record number of rounds plus reps completed.

Then,
As many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:
135/95 lb Deadlift, 10 reps
10 Push-ups

101:
Practice the Press, Push-press & Push-jerk with PVC

Then,

Three rounds for reps of:
Squats, 1 minute
Burpees, 1 minute
Bodyweight Good Mornings, 1 minute
Mountain Climbers, 1 minute
Tuck Jumps, 1 minute
Rest 1 minute
