If you are bringing a friend have them come early to fill out the paperwork. Parking may be tight so car pool if you can. Here’s our team workout of the day:

With a partner compete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
12 Walking Lunge Steps
9 Situps
6 Push-ups

Executing 5 Burpees, every minute, on the minute.
One partner at a time works on completing a round.

We’ll also be playing some games and doing some challenges so be ready for anything! It’s gonna be a great time!
