7 Squat Clean Thrusters, 135/95 lbs
7 Chest to bar Pull-ups
7 Lateral burpees over bar
10 Toes to bar

101:
Practice the Back Squat with PVC and a light bar.

Then,

Three rounds for reps of:
Box dips, 1 minute
Sit-ups, 1 minute
Push-ups, 1 minute
Supermans, 1 minute
Squats, 1 minute
Rest 1 min.
