When did you first start CrossFitting?
When did you first start training at CFC?
Favorite WOD: I don’t know. I like any workout that makes my heart beat like crazy.
Least Favorite WOD: I don’t like heavy lifting because I am weak at it. But soon I will.
Tell us about your sports & fitness background.
I played soccer since I was 11 years old. When I was 16 I signed my first (and last :D) professional contract. Soccer gave me a lot of experiences and I traveled a lot. After my soccer career I gained weight and lot of fat, doing nothing for my fitness and myself. Then I started bodybuilding but it was little bit slow for me and boring so here i am.
How did you first get exposed to CrossFit? Take us back to your first WOD… what was it, and how did it feel?
My first WOD I can’t remember exactly what it was. It was a 101 class. It was walking lunges, kettlebell swings and single unders I guess but I am not sure. I was so nervous because my English is not good and I am so shy.
What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and fitness since starting CF? (before / after)
I lost almost 20 lbs after 3 months, I feel stronger and more fit I just don’t want to stop.
What sort of changes in your life have you experienced out of taking on something like CrossFit that were totally unexpected?
In every sport I played I try to do my best for me and for my team. Every time when I walk in to the crossfit gym I see many people with different kinds of fitness levels doing their best and that what I like and that is what I love. Every single person can motivate each other.
Please share with us any favorite CrossFit / CFC moments.
I have not been here long but, with the Crossfit Caliber people everything is new. Midnight Murph was awesome. For me every single moment in the gym is best time of the day. Paddleboarding was so much fun, the party at the Hughes house, and team competitions… I can’t wait for more and more moments with these people.
Any advice for people just getting started?
There is no tomorrow, don’t be lazy, don’t be shy, stop thinking it’s not for you because it’s for everybody! Do it today! Right now!
What are your hobbies, interests and/or talents outside of CrossFit?
My hobby is sport, any kind of sport. I like driving. I like sleeping. Talents? I am not sure if I have any but in anything I do I just try to do my best. That’s my talent, I want to win in everything I do, but if I lose, I know I did my best.
