Memorial Day Murph

Today we honor our fallen heroes by doing the Hero of Hero workouts:

“Murph”

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the Pull-ups, Push-ups and Squats any way you want. If you have body armor or a 20 lb vest, wear it. You can also scale it down to a half Murph or share the reps with a partner.

Stick around for the barbeque after the workout!
