60 One-legged squats, alternating
50 Calorie Row
40 Overhead Squats, 75/55 lbs
30 Push-presses, 75/55 lbs
20 thrusters, 75/55 lbs
10 Muscle-ups

If you finish, start again from the beginning.

Three rounds for reps of:
Box dips, 1 minute
Sit-ups, 1 minute
Push-ups, 1 minute
Supermans, 1 minute
Squats, 1 minute
Rest 1 min.
