Team Workout!

As many rounds as possible in 21 minutes of:
50 Single Unders
15 Ball Slams, 30/20 lbs
15 Sit-ups

One partner works at a time. Partners “leap frog” over each other to complete the next movement.

For example:
P1: Single Unders,
P2: Ball Slams,
P1: Sit-ups,
P2: Single Unders,
P1: Ball Slams,
P2: Sit-ups, and so on.
