Row (Calories), 40 seconds work/20 seconds rest
20″ Box Jumps, 40 seconds work/20 seconds rest
35/25 lb Dumbbells Hang Power Cleans, 40 seconds work/20 seconds rest
20/14 lb Wall Ball Shots, 40 seconds work/20 seconds rest

101:
Three rounds for reps of:
20 Overhead Walking Lunge Steps, 10 lbs
20 Sit-ups
20 Push-ups
20 Lateral Jumps
Burpees for max reps

First round is 2 minutes long, second round is 3 minutes, third round is 4 minutes long. One minute rest in between rounds.
