It’s Friends and Family Week! Bring a friend or family member to try out CrossFit any time this week. We’ll be doing partner WOD’s all week, and each person you bring gets a free 10 Class Package! It’s gonna be a great time!

Practice the Press, Push-press and Push-Jerk.


Every minute, on the minute, for 24 minutes perform:
5 Push-ups
5 Sit-ups
20 Mountain Climbers

Then as many Squats as possible in the time remaining. One partner works at a time. Score is the total amount of Squats accomplished.

101 Class:
Same as above for 12 minutes.
