CaliberFit101 is a new class at CrossFit Caliber! It starts next Tuesday, Oct 6 at 7:30 pm. If you know anyone who wants to start their off fitness training easy with bodyweight movements and without using bars or weights, this is the perfect class for them. We’ll build up their cardiovascular ability, strength and stamina to the point where they can gain confidence in their fitness abilities and move on to more intense workouts. This class is also open to regular members. Have them give it a try!
