As many reps as possible in 15 minutes:

Men
50 Wall Balls- 20 lbs at 10′, 20 lbs at 9′, or 50 Medball Cleans at 20 lbs
50 Dumbbell Snatches (alt. arms) at 70 lbs, 50 lbs, or 25 lbs
50 Pistols (alt.legs), single leg squat touchdowns, or air squats
50 Chest to Bar Pull Ups, Pull-ups, or Ring rows

Women
50 Wall Balls- 14 lbs at 9′, 14 lbs at 8′, or 50 Medball Cleans at 14 lbs
50 Dumbbell Snatches (alt. arms) at 50 lbs, 35 lbs, or 15 lbs
50 Pistols (alt.legs), single leg squat touchdowns, or air squats
50 Chest to Bar Pull Ups, Pull-ups, or Ring rows
