Team Workout

  As many Burpees as possible in 20 minutes of:
Station 1: Run 200 meters
Station 2: Plank Hold
Station 3: Burpees for reps

Partners rotate Stations each time the runner returns. If Partner performing the Plank Hold breaks the hold, Partner performing Burpees must stop.
