Tabata Row for Calories

Tabata Thruster, 45 lbs

Tabata Jumping Pull-ups

 

The Tabata protocol is 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest.  There is no rest in between each of the three different movements other than that in the protocol. Record all reps and calories accomplished for each movement.
