255 pound plates carry, 25 feet
25 toes to bar
In this workout, pile 255 lbs of bumper plates (45 x 3, 25 x 4, 10 x 2) at one end of the floor. On “go”, transfer the plates to another point on the floor 25 feet away while carrying them overhead. Take as many plates as you can for each trip and take as many trips as needed. Then do 25 Toes to Bar. Repeat this for five rounds total.
Scale down the weight, and scale down to knees to elbows or knee raises if needed.
