For time: Hill Run, 100 m 120 Jumping Jacks Hill Run, 100 m 100 Air Squats Hill Run, 100 m 80 Sit-ups Hill Run, 100 m 60 Push-ups Hill Run, 100 m 40 Burpees Partners share the reps, one partner works at a time. Partners run together.

5 rounds, 1 min per station, for max reps of: Row Calorie Power Snatch, 115/85 lbs Rest 1 min Rotate immediately to the next station every 1 min, the clock does not stop or reset between stations.
