Pull-Up EMOM

Pull-ups Every Minute on the Minute With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute and three pull-ups the third minute, continuing in this fashion until you are unable to complete the amount of pull-ups required. Record number of minutes completed.

Hold it!

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of: 30 second pull-up hold, chin over bar (or ring row hold) 30 second rings L-sit hold (or V-sit hold) 30 second plank hold (with hands and feet on the floor)
