6 rounds, 20 secs per station, for max reps of:
Kettlebell Swing, 1.5/1 pood
Rest 10 secs
AbMat Sit-up
Rest 10 secs
Weighted Good Morning, 45/25 lbs
Rest 10 secs
Knees-to-elbow
Rest 10 secs

Rotate immediately to the next station every 20 secs,
the clock does not stop or reset between stations.
