A Clean Pull-up

Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 mins of:
12 Dumbbell Squat Cleans, 50/35 lbs
12 Pull-ups

“Tabata” – Handstand Holds : 8 x 20 secs / 10 secs
8 rounds: 20 sec on, 10 sec off handstand hold. Try to make it all 8 rounds.

Post total rounds completed without dropping.
