Baseline Bad

With a partner, Row for as many meters as possible in 20 minutes proceeding in the following fashion:

Station 1: Row for meters

Station 2:
40 Air Squats
30 Sit-ups
20 Push-ups
10 Pull-ups

Partners switch each time Station 2 is completed.
