For time:
Go through a deck of cards one at a time (without the Jokers) and do the following movements and reps:
Hearts: Burpees
Clubs: Sit-ups
Diamonds: Squats
Spades: Push-ups
2-10 = number of reps
Face Cards = 10
Aces = 11
Don’t forget to log your time on BTWB. Have fun!
