Raising the Bar

The Lurong Resolution Challenge starts today! If you are participating be sure to come in early to any class to weigh in and take measurements. You will then do the benchmark workout. If you can’t do this today you can come into any class any day this week to make it up. For the next five weeks stick to your nutrition plan, the traditional Paleo or macronutrient plan, and log down your progress on the Challenge site every night. We’ll then weigh in and do the benchmark workout again five weeks later.

Caliber Accelerate Boot Camp Class:

For 20 minutes do:
30 Single Unders
30 meter Farmers Carry
15 Jumping Pull-ups
