With a partner, complete three rounds for reps of:
40 Air Squats
30 Sit-ups
20 Push-ups
Then execute as many Burpees as possible in the remaining time.

Rest 1 minute.

The first round being 2 minutes long, the second round being 4 minutes long, and the third round being 6 minutes long.

One partner works at a time. Partners must tag each other to pass on the work.
