80’s Workout Night was a blast!

Seven rounds for reps of:
20/14 lb Wall Ball Shots, 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
Sit-ups, 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
Burpees, 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
1.5/1 pood Kettlebell Swings, 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds

Scaled and Accelerate: use 14/10 lb medball and 35/26 lb kettlebell.
