Team Workout

Between you and a partner, complete the following for time:
Row 1000 meters
150 Air Squats
150 Push-ups
150 Pull-ups

All the reps of each movement must be completed before moving on to the next movement. One partner works at a time. Teammates must tag each other to pass on the work.

30 minute time cap. No exceptions.

Scaled and Accelerate:
Scale down the movements as needed
