Pull-ups, 1 minute
20/14 lb Wall Ball, 1 minute
Row for Calories, 1 minute
Rest 1 minute.

Accelerate:

For 20 minutes perform:
Single Unders, 30 seconds
Sit-ups, 30 seconds
High knees, 30 seconds
Weighted sit-ups with medball, 30 seconds
