Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

As many rounds as possible in 6 minutes of
1 Rope Climb
6 one-legged squats, alternating
9 box jumps, 30/24-in. box

Accelerate:
For 20 minutes, do:
10 Jumping Jacks
10 High knees
10 Wall Situps
10 Lunges
10 Goblet Squats
then repeat
