Squat Ascents

Complete as many Front Squats as possible in 12 minutes of:
Partner 1: 3 Rope Ascents, 15 feet
Partner 2: 135/95 lb Front Squats for reps

Scale as needed.

Partners switch after each round of Rope Ascents is completed. Bars for the Front Squats are to be cleaned from the floor.

Accelerate:
For 20 Minutes do:
400M run/row
14 Jumping Jacks
14 Kettlebell Anchored Toes to Bar
14 Single Unders
14 Bicycle Crunches
14 Air Squats
Then repeat
