Back squat 3-3-3–3-3

Sprint 200 meters for time, rest as needed. Repeat for a total of 4 rounds. Record best time.

Accelerate:

Ten rounds of:
Abmat jump overs, 20 seconds as fast as you can/10 seconds rest
Kettlebell Swings, 20 seconds as fast as you can/10 seconds rest
Abmat Sit-ups, 20 seconds as fast as you can/10 seconds rest
Burpees, 20 seconds as fast as you can/10 seconds rest
