Max Reps

Three rounds of:
Max reps Goblet Squats
Max reps Dumbbell Snatches, alternating arms
Max reps Toes to Bar

Use a 50/35 lb Dumbbell
Rest as needed between movements.

Scaled:
Use a light Dumbbell, and sub Anchored Toes to Bar for Toes to Bar

Accelerate:
For 20 minutes perform:
Single Unders, 30 seconds
Sit-ups, 30 seconds
High knees, 30 seconds
Weighted sit-ups with medball, 30 seconds
