7 rounds for reps of:
1 minute of 75/55-lb. Muscle Snatches
1 minute of 75/55-lb. Overhead Squats
1 minute of Burpees, jumping over the barbell
Rest 1 minute

Scaled:
Use a light bar and sub Front Squats for Overhead Squats if needed.

Accelerate:
Ten rounds of:
Abmat jump overs, 20 seconds as fast as you can/10 seconds rest
Kettlebell Swings, 20 seconds as fast as you can/10 seconds rest
Abmat Sit-ups, 20 seconds as fast as you can/10 seconds rest
Burpees, 20 seconds as fast as you can/10 seconds rest
