As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
8 Kettlebell Swings, 1.5/1 pood
8 Box Jumps, 24/20″

Rest as needed,

Then, as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
8 Ball Slams, 30/20 lbs
8 Knees to Elbows

Accelerate:

For 20 minutes, do:
10 Jumping Jacks
10 High knees
10 Wall Situps
10 Lunges
10 Goblet Squats
then repeat
