10 Strict Push-ups
10 Strict Pull-ups
135/95 lb max reps Thrusters

Repeat until 100 Thrusters are completed.

Scaled 2:
Modify Pull-ups to Kipping and the the weight to 95/65 lbs.

Scaled 1:
For time:
10 Knee Push-ups
10 Ring rows
65/45 lb max reps Thrusters

Repeat until 50 Thrusters are completed.

Accelerate:

For 20 Minutes do:
400M run/row
14 Jumping Jacks
14 Kettlebell Anchored Toes to Bar
14 Single Unders
14 Bicycle Crunches
14 Air Squats
