Eight rounds for reps of:
Double unders, 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest
75/55 lbs Push-presses, 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest

Accelerate:

For 20 minutes perform:
Single Unders, 30 seconds
Sit-ups, 30 seconds
High knees, 30 seconds
Weighted sit-ups with medball, 30 seconds
