As many reps as possible in 2 minutes of:
10 second Negative Ring dips

Accelerate:
Five rounds of:
14 Goblet Squats, 25/15lb dumbbell
14 Sit-ups
14 Push-ups
14 25/15 lb Dumbbell Ground to Shoulder, alternating arms
14 Burpees
