CFCChick Night starts tonight at 6:00 PM! Come in for the photoshoot, workout and party. Friends and family are welcome! It’s the most spectacular night!

Two rounds for max reps, spending 1 minute on each of the following movements:
1 pood Kettlebell Swing
14 lb Wall Ball Sit-up
20″ Box Jump Overs
25 lb Overhead Walking Lunge Steps
Pull-ups

Then immediately afterward, get your one rep max Clean and Jerk in 5 minutes.

We’re doing this workout at 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM so choose wisely.
