Abmat Sit-ups, 1 minute
V-Up hold for seconds, 1 minute
Ring rows, 1 minute
Dead hang for seconds, 1 minute
Burpees, 1 minute
Plank hold for seconds, 1 minute

Scaled and Accelerate do the same workout above.
