MIDNIGHT MURPH

Come in for Midnight Murph!

“Murph”
For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Air Squats
1 mile Run

Wearing body armor or a 20/14 lb vest. Partition the Pull-ups, Push-ups and Air Squats any way you want. If you are a beginner you can do a half-Murph or do it as a team and share the reps with a partner. Workout begins promptly at 11:00 PM so come in early to warm up. Afterward we party!

The more, the merrier so bring a friend!
