Thruster 3-3-3+

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
50/35 lb Dumbbells Overhead walk, 50 feet
50/35 lb Dumbbells Front Rack Walking lunge, 50 feet
50/35 lb Dumbbells Farmer carry, 50 feet

Accelerate:
For 20 minutes perform:
Four Square Run with medball, 30 seconds
Mountain Climbers, 30 seconds
Four Square Run with medball, 30 seconds
Weighted sit-ups with medball, 30 seconds
