As many reps as possible in 9 minutes of:

Rope climbs and push-ups

Record the number of rope climbs and push-ups.

Accelerate:

For 20 minutes, do:
10 Mountain Climbers
10 High knees
10 Wall Situps
10 Lunges
10 Goblet Squats
then repeat
