Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
15 Squats
10 Pull-ups
5 Clean and Jerks, 135/95 lbs

Accelerate:

For 20 minutes, do:
14 Weighted Sit-ups, 10 lb plate
14 Single Unders
14 Mountain Climbers
14 Lunges
14 Burpees
then repeat
