Possibly getting a new skill or PR!
What are you not looking forward to?
The weight being extremely heavy or the workout being extremely difficult.
Are you anticipating a “first” in the Open, like a first Pull-up, Box Jump or Muscle up? How about a PR?
Yes I hope to get a PR!
When you get into that “dark place” in a workout how do you get through it?
Keep pushing until I finish. Thinking about what motivates me. Taking a quick rest and jumping back in. Breathing and concentrating on the end goal. Thinking about how really hard workouts will only make me stronger.
Favorite workout music or song?
Anything extremely upbeat!
