Bringafriendday!

Bring a friend in today to do a team workout! There will be mini-challenges, games and prizes. Even if you don’t have a friend to bring, come in anyway, it’s gonna be a great time!

Three rounds for reps of:
Row for Calories, 1 minute
Air Squats, 1 minute
Sit-ups, 1 minute
Push-ups, 1 minute
Pull-ups, 1 minute
Rest 1 minute

The class will be divided into even teams, and each team member will accomplish as many reps a possible to contribute to their team’s total score.
