1 Modified Rope Climb
10 Knee Push-ups
10 One Arm Dumbbell Snatches, 25/15 lbs, alternating arms

Caliber Accelerate:

For 20 minutes perform:
Four Square Run with medball, 30 seconds
Mountain Climbers, 30 seconds
Four Square Run with medball, 30 seconds
Weighted sit-ups with medball, 30 seconds
