As a team of two complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:
P1: Handstand Hold
P2: 15 Abmat Sit-ups
Parters switch after each set of Abmat Sit-ups is completed.

Rest as needed, then,

As a team of two complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:
P1: Squat Hold
P2: 15 Air Squats
Parters switch after each set of Squats are completed.

Rest as needed, then,

As a team of two complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:
P1: Plank Hold
P2: 15 Burpees
Parters switch after each set of Burpees are completed
