As many reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
L3: 155/105 lb Squat Snatches
L2: 115/65 lb Ground to Overhead
L1: 75/45 lb Ground to Overhead

Post:
Do 10 minutes of the Caliber Accelerate Workout for reps.

Caliber Accelerate:
For 20 minutes perform:
Overhead Lunges with medball, 30 seconds
Mountain Climbers, 30 seconds
Weighted sit-ups with medball, 30 seconds
Burpee medball jump overs, 30 seconds
