400 meter Run (or 50-150 Single Unders)

Caliber Accelerate:

Ten rounds of:
20” Box Step Overs, 20 seconds as fast as you can/10 seconds rest
Kettlebell Swings, 20 seconds as fast as you can/10 seconds rest
Russian Twists, 20 seconds as fast as you can/10 seconds rest
Knee Push-ups, 20 seconds as fast as you can/10 seconds rest
